Henry Efamba
A distinguished Chemical Engineer and strategic leader with over 35 years of high-impact experience in the global petrochemical and oil & gas industries. Throughout a career defined by technical excellence and visionary leadership at multi-national giants — including The Dow Chemical Company and Occidental Petroleum Corporation — Henry has orchestrated the design, construction, and commissioning of some of the world's most complex mega-projects. Specializing in "de-risking" energy investments, his expertise spans the entire project lifecycle, from Front-End Engineering Design (FEED) to the successful start-up of multi-billion-dollar manufacturing complexes. Now serving as CEO of SEAM Energy & Services International and Chairman of TANDEF-PP, he is dedicated to driving Africa's industrial evolution through clean energy, sustainable infrastructure, and the mentorship of the next generation of African engineers.
Nico Mawun
A seasoned businessman, entrepreneur, and Co-founder of SEAM Energy, a leading oil & gas and solar energy company in Nigeria. He also serves as Co-founder and Senior VP of Marketing and Business Development for TANDEF-PP, a prominent solar energy company in Cameroon. Holding an MBA from the University of Cincinnati, Nico has leveraged his extensive expertise in marketing and strategic business development to drive growth and innovation across West and Central Africa's energy sectors — designing innovative solar solutions tailored to the infrastructure needs of Cameroonian and Nigerian communities.
Ikeoluwa Senbanjo
A technology and infrastructure consultant with over fifteen years of experience delivering enterprise ICT, cybersecurity, and digital strategy solutions across Nigeria, the United Kingdom, and the United States. He holds a degree in Computer Systems Engineering from the University of Hull and is a certified Microsoft Professional and cybersecurity specialist. Founder of Acetrace Solutions & Synergy Limited, he has served in senior advisory roles at the federal and state levels in Nigeria, including as Adviser to the President of the Senate on Youth and Student Affairs. At SEAM Energy, he supports the company's digital operations as it establishes itself at the forefront of Nigeria's oil, gas, and clean energy sector.
Moses Tabe
A distinguished co-founder and Managing Director of TANDEF-PP, a leading solar energy company in Cameroon, and Consultant to SEAM Energy Services on renewable energy development, power systems, and sustainable energy solutions across Africa. He holds a doctorate in Electrical Power Systems Design and Operation from the University of Technology Braunschweig, Germany, and an MBA in International Business & Management from Nürtingen-Geislingen, Germany. Under his leadership, TANDEF-PP has become a pioneer in delivering reliable solar energy solutions across Cameroon.
